This house is furnished to easily accommodate up to six people. Speak with us if you need to acommodate more than six people. It offers the standard amenities that you would desire when vacationing including: fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, television and VCR. Television service is provided by DIRECTV satellite.

The three story floor plan of this house offers spaceous common areas while maintaining privacy for the sleeping quarters. It lends itself both to couples sharing a vacation home and families wanting a separate play area for the children.

Rental Information

• Weekly (Saturday to Saturday) or Monthly Rentals.
• Linens, bedding and towels supplied with all homes.
• Please advise of any special requirements. Cribs and other special required furnishings for our guests may be made available as a condition of the rental agreement for an additional fee.
• The number of guests is limited to the number stated in the rental agreement.
• Our policy is not to allow pets, however we may allow some pets under special circumstances. Please discuss your special requirements with us and keep in mind that we have a local leash law.
• Note that an additional fee and a damage deposit will be required.
• *NO SMOKING allowed in our homes.
